Thank you for considering an order with ZAZOO KiDS.  At this time we take Mastercard, American Express or Paypal.

Sales tax may be applied to your order if you reside in the state of Illinois.

At this time ZAZOO KiDS does not accept orders via Postal mail, Fax, Email or COD.  Sending credit card numbers by email is not secure and we do not recommend you do this.

If you would like to change your order after it has been placed, please contact us at customerservice@zazookids.com as soon as possible.  We will do our best to accommodate you.  Please note that since we begin to process orders as soon as we receive them, some requests may not be possible.


Please see your shopping cart for an estimate of your shipping charges for your order.  Shipping from zazookids.com is available in the U.S., Puerto Rico, the The Virgin Islands and Canada. For orders to Canada please purchase through our distributor partner Wayfair.com.

Currently, other International orders can not be fulfilled online.  If you are interested in placing an international order, please contact us at customerservice@zazookids.com.

Return Policy

ZAZOO KiDS wants you to be pleased with your purchase.  If a defect is discovered during a limited warranty period, if deemed appropriate, we will repair or replace your product. If you feel this is necessary and your product is less than 90 days old, please contact us with a letter detailing why the product is defective and we will issue a return authorization number.  Please include your name, phone number and return authorization number.  ZAZOO KiDS is not responsible for lost shipments.

Once the items is received, we will determine if the defect warrants replacement.  If found to be defective, we will ship a same or like item to you at no cost.

This limited warranty does not cover claims due to misuse, normal wear and tear, alterations, or abuse.
